Lead Interaction Designer at Netflix.

Systems thinker.

Optimist about AI.

I thrive where there isn't an obvious answer. Undefined spaces, emerging tech, problems that need both strategy and craft.

Lately I'm most excited about AI-native experiences where intelligence feels like a natural extension of a workflow, not a bolted-on feature.

"The experiences I'm most proud of feel less like software and more like thoughtful partners, helping people see possibilities they might otherwise miss."
Approach

How I work.

Start with the hard question

Most briefs arrive half-formed. I get to the real problem first, usually by rewriting the brief itself. I thrive where the answer isn't obvious yet and the space is still undefined.

Align before I design

The best work happens when engineering, product, and leadership are pulling in the same direction. I map stakeholders, constraints, and incentives early so the design has real room to land and scale.

Make it real, fast

AI moves too quickly for static decks. I prototype early and often so teams react to behavior, not opinion. When leadership sees something tangible, the conversation shifts from 'should we?' to 'how do we ship this?'

Design the system, not just the screen

I think in patterns, languages, and frameworks that outlast any single release. The goal is a team of designers building with the same principles, and a product that feels inevitable at every touchpoint.

A working decade.
